I’ve got an appartment with white walls and 2 large windows (150×120cm) facing south. I’ve got these cheap plastic blinds so I get woke up when the sun rises and it causes a glare on my computer screen. (They’re not fastened so well and I’m afraid they’ll fall and guillitone my plants.)
